Brief Biography

Dr. Walid Gaber has been a research scientist in the Plasma and Nuclear Fusion Department, Nuclear Research Center, Egyptian Atomic Energy Authority, Cairo, since 1993, where he is currently an assistant professor and a member of the Plasma Pinches Laboratory Group.

His current research interests include Designer and operator of Z-Pinch, Toroidal Theta Pinch, Plasma Focus, Coaxial Virtual Cathode, Magnetron Sputtering, LLP, and its Electric Circuits. Simulation of pulsed plasma and its modeling, Plasma Sources; Design, construction, Diagnostics, Measurements, Applications.
